The location is a short walk from the town center, great for accessing local attractions quickly. The breakfast features generous portions with well-cooked options, especially noted for the thick bacon and high-quality sausages.
The en-suite bathroom in the single room felt cramped. The furniture lacked comfort, lacking a proper armchair to sit back and enjoy the view. General decor appears dated and in need of a refresh.

The place was fairly clean with a helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff. There was a good choice of great meals. The location was incredible and beautiful, right on sea front, in the great area. I checked out a grand old Victorian pier, that was set just a short walk away from the property.

The owners, Alan and Trish, were accommodating. The breakfast was impeccably prepared, with piping hot options with generous servings of tea and toast. The room offered a great view of the sea front, particularly fine at night with the colored lights. This stay contributed greatly to a successful work trip.

I stayed in a double room with a private bathroom for 3 nights. The sea view was amazing! The bed was super comfy, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Loved that it had a kettle and shower too. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, and the hosts were so cute and helped with local tips. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach nearby.

The location is just steps from the beach, and the sea views are really good. Breakfast offers a diverse menu, serving everything from fresh grapefruit to hearty cooked options, ensuring a solid start to your day.
The decor feels dated and in need of a refresh, with many areas appearing shabby. En-suite bathrooms are notably cramped. There's slow hot water availability during peak times. Guests may find the outdoor areas and steps require maintenance, and the lack of comfortable seating in rooms particularly noticeable. There's insufficient power outlets, which can be inconvenient for charging devices.
